
Fluid Flow Control
In a project at SilentAero, we have achieved significant strides in advancing aircraft noise reduction through the strategic implementation of fluid flow control techniques. These include strategic implementations like Flow Suction, reducing turbulence, Flow Injection for modifying aerodynamic properties, Micro-Jets disrupting airflow, and Sweeping Jets altering boundary layer characteristics.
Along with these techniques, we use Helmholtz Resonators as part of our methods to reduce aircraft noise. Through strategic control of airflow dynamics, our project has effectively reduced turbulence, managed vortices, and modified aerodynamic features, resulting in a notable reduction in aircraft noise levels. This project marks a significant step in our efforts to achieve quieter and more efficient aviation.
